TERMS & CONDITIONS

I wish to use U-Club, I acknowledge, agree to and accept the following terms and conditions:

  1. I am the member of U-Club, application provided by Unilever Cambodia Limited (“Company”), until
    the company cancel my membership because there is no collection, exchange, or redemption of points
    for two years.
  2. I agree and consent that all personal data provided here and all information collected within U-Club (“Data”) are the property of the Company.
  3. I acknowledge that the Company’s objectives for collecting the Data are for:
    1. Processing of the Data for collecting, exchanging, and redeeming (collected points) for goods/services with the Company.
    2. Promotional campaign and other activities of the Company.
    3. Publicizing goods and services of the Company, its affiliates, and brands.
    4. Processing the Data to analyze behaviour of the members for sale promotion/improve business of the Company.
    5. Developing goods and services of the Company’s allies that join U-Club. The company will use Data in accordance with the objectives of membership to benefit the members as the Company deem fit.
  4. I agree and consent for the Company to disclose, use or exchange the Data with other persons to the extent that is permissible by law and beneficial to the members.
  5. I acknowledge that each point earned from the membership will be valid for 6 months.
  6. In case of dispute regarding points earned, I agree and consent that the Company has the sole right to investigate and adjust the points for no more than 6 months retroactively. The Company’s decision is final.
  7. I accept that any right or benefit offered by the Company to each member can vary from one member to another depending on usage history of each member, promotional program of each product and marketing policy of the Company.
  8. I acknowledge and agree that the Company has the right to decline this platform and cancel the membership without prior notice.
  9. I accept and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of the membership’s agreement specified by the Company at the time of Data submission and as amended from time to time without prior notice.
  10. I accept and agree that the Company has the sole right to make any changes to membership conditions, reward earning, reward redemption and any other special rights provided to the member without prior notice.
  11. Should any dispute arise in relation to this membership, the Company’s decision is final.
  12. The Company reserves the right to cancel the membership and modify the conditions for the right and privileges, and to update or modify the content on the U-Club application or any part of the U-Club application including but not limited this Terms and Conditions without prior notice to the members to the extent permitted under the prevailing laws and regulations.
  13. The Company, at any time, will not be held responsible for false document (s) or information registered by the member in the application. The Company reserves the right to lawfully suspend or terminate the fake registration and any relevant agreement with the member without notice to the extent permitted by the prevailing laws and regulations. The member shall confront this action to the law.
  14. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the law of the Kingdom of Cambodia.
  15. I hereby agree and consent that the Company may use and disclose personal data (e.g. first name and last name, mobile number, including Data/usage data to entities under the Company, affiliates and brands, as well as alliances and/or other partnering entities, under the obligations to use the data with caution in the same way as the Company (“Other Parties”) for the purposes of:
    1. Processing of the Data for collecting, exchanging, and redeeming of points with the allies of the Company.
    2. Promotional campaign, privileges and other activities of the Company and its allies.
    3. Publicising goods and services of the company’s allies.
    4. Processing the Data to analyze behaviour of the members for sale promotion/improve business of the Company.
    5. Providing qualitative data development service for the Company and its allies that is beneficial to the members.
    6. Developing goods and services of the Company’s allies that join U-Club. In such case, the Company shall instruct such third parties to use Data with the same level of security as the Company. In addition, the Company shall instruct such parties shall not use Data more than what is defined in the objectives.
  16. I acknowledge that if I no longer want to receive any marketing communication from the Company, I have the right and can exercise my decision as follows:
    1. If I do not want to receive any marketing communication via U-Club, I can turn off the notifications in the app’s setting at any time.
    2. I have the right to withdraw my consent (“Opt-Out”) at any time by contacting the Company’s Consumer Hotline at 023-991-333. If I choose to opt out from the Company, I have 30 days to confirm my final decision.
    3. I accept that I will no longer be able to use U-Club once I have opted out from the Company, and any right or benefit offered by the Company to me previously including but not limited to U-Club will be forfeited.
    4. If I choose to re-join U-Club, I accept to re-enroll on U-Club, and, thereby, re-consent to the Company.
    5. I acknowledge that my previous benefits, including but not limited to points and other privileges, might be lost when rejoining the U-Club. The Company will not be held responsible for this loss.
